Aziz joined Silvine Law in 2019, bringing a wealth of expertise across Immigration Law, Family Law, NDAs and Probate matters.

He holds a Licence de Droit (Algiers Université), an LLM from London School of Economics, a PhD from Bristol University and an MA in Educational Management from East London University.  Aziz is able to draw his extensive experience dealing with complex multi-jurisdictional matters in the UK, Algeria & France. He also acts as Avocat in Algiers.

Aziz’s experience encompasses all aspects of Immigration Law, from advice to applications for individual and corporate clients (Business Immigration). He also deals with administrative reviews, appeals and Judicial Reviews.

In addition, Aziz is well-versed in handling complex Family Law cases both in the UK and Algeria (divorce petition and representation of petitioners), and an array of Probate matters, both in the UK and those with an international dimension. Aziz serves as an expert on Algeria Law in the UK and is often solicited to provide Expert Reports to Courts and parties.

From a commercial perspective, he frequently advised and represents members of staff and/or corporate clients including embassies in the UK, with expertise in drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Aziz is able to communicate with and assist clients through fluency in English, French and Arabic both spoken and written.

In his spare time, Aziz is a keen swimmer, enjoys reading novels, listening all different types of music, and travelling.
